EU Impact on the UK Boardroom

We are all aware of the impact Europe has on UK Business and this is generally not viewed positively.  But the reality exists.

The EU has issued a new Green Paper on Corporate Governance that covers a number of corporate governance issues that will directly impact the way European Boards are run and reviewed – some of these changes we have already experienced and some may still arrive on our shores.
