What should Boards be doing, today, to ensure climate change focus, energy transition, carbon net zero? This is a particularly difficult question to ask when it’s not obvious to them what they can do to make a difference. Boards in financial services have been tasked by the regulator to address “ESG” – and there is a lot of confusion about how it might apply to them.
