David Howells
David Howells works as a Board level Leadership Coach and Facilitator.
For the past 21 years he has been successful in a wide range of industries, both internationally and in the UK. David is a business psychologist with a broad commercial experience. In his early career he won a scholarship as a British army officer and later worked for the MoD in Whitehall, London. His commercial career began in senior management assessment which led to a retail HR Director role, then via headhunting into his coaching career.

He is highly focused on achieving pragmatic outcomes and ensures that organisations get meaningful value from his work with them. His sector experience is wide and includes banking, financial services, digital, motor manufacturing, aviation, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy, transport, logistics and consumer. He speaks some German and Mandarin Chinese. Outside his normal work he is a magistrates’ court chairman, a registered charity trustee and a commercially endorsed offshore yacht-master.

Cosette Reczek is the Founder of Permuto Consulting Limited, advising on matters of conduct, corporate governance and board effectiveness.
For over 25 years she has been successful in the financial services industry, both internationally and in the UK, with experience in risk management, conduct and culture, and global business transformation. Cosette also has over 10 years experience in the third sector including her current role as Chair, Audit & Risk Committee and Member, Board of Trustees at Unicef UK. She co-chairs the Transform Governance initiative, and is a Form Tutor with the Financial Times Non-Executive Director diploma programme.
Cosette is a Certified Company Secretary (Cert.ICSA) and has advised companies and charities on a variety of board and executive reviews ranging from board effectiveness and financial services Senior Managers & Certification Regime best practices to delegation of authority, academy trust governance and conduct. Her professional experience also includes organisation design and global business transformation and she is a Visiting Lecturer with City, University of London.
